On Wednesday we called and got same day service on diagnosing our AC that was not cooling but moving air- we got three quotes on what we could do- after we chose the quote for refrigerant and leak seal, our tech Gabe came out on Friday- we discovered my AC was frozen so he kindly worked with dispatch to come on Saturday when he was not scheduled to support our refrigerant refill. Gabe spent three hours out of his day to help our family. Great service and would recommend. Great communication by support staff.
