We are a family owned and operated Plumbing and HVAC company since 2006.  We are a financially strong company and offer some of the best workmanship warranties.  Thank you for allowing Squeaks family the opportunity to serve you.  Below you will find a list of our warranty options. Our promise is to always be available to serve you and to be reliable.

Lifetime replacement option:

100% replacement guarantee for the estimated lifetime on the equipment installed (every piece of equipment, water heaters, furnaces, air conditioner etc. have a lifetime).  The warranty will guarantee the safe and the correct operation of the equipment for the systems lifetime.  No question asked, if “Squeaks” preforms the yearly, manufacturer maintenance requirement and the system we installed has a nonrepairable malfunction, we will, at no cost replace it.  This warranty does include a 100% of the labor, however, does not include the purchase price of the replacement parts. (parts that are intended to wear out).

10-year Labor:

10-year labor warranty guarantee on the equipment repairs.  The warranty will guarantee the safe and the correct operation of the equipment for the systems for 10 years.  No question asked, if “Squeaks” performs the yearly, manufacturer maintenance requirement and the system we installed has a nonrepairable malfunctioning part, we will, repair or replace it.  This warranty does include 100% of the labor, however, does not include purchase price of replacement parts. (parts that are intended to wear out).

5-Year Labor:

5-year labor warranty guarantee on the equipment repairs.  The warranty will guarantee the safe and the correct operation of the equipment for the systems for 5 years.  No question asked, if “Squeaks” performs the yearly, manufacturer maintenance requirement and the system we installed has a nonrepairable malfunctioning part, we will, repair or replace it.  This warranty does include 100% of the labor, however, does not include purchase price of replacement parts. (parts that are intended to ware out).

3-year labor:

3-year labor warranty guarantee on the equipment repairs.  The warranty will guarantee the safe and the correct operation of the equipment for the systems for 3 years.  No question asked, if “Squeaks” performs the yearly, manufacturer maintenance requirement and the system we installed has a non-repairable malfunctioning part, we will, repair or replace it.  This warranty does include 100% of the labor, however, does not include the purchase price of replacement parts. (parts that are intended to wear out).

1-year Colorado minimum workmanship warranty

1 year labor warranty guarantee on the equipment repairs. No question asked, if “Squeaks” performs the yearly, manufacturer maintenance requirement and the system we installed has a nonrepairable malfunctioning part, we will, repair or replace it.  This warranty does include 100% of the labor, however, does not include purchase price of replacement parts. (parts that are intended to wear out).

90 days buy back guarantee:

If our service offered does not hold sturdy, we will buy back the services sold.  This means, that if we attempt to repair the problem and it does not hold, we will give a 100% of your money back in the form of a down payment on a replacement.
