We’ve had Squeeks repair our furnace and take care of a plumbing issue as well. Sean took care of everything and did a very high quality job with a recent plumbing issue. Sean is one of the best we’ve worked with. Highly recommend.
Prices are too high!!! My experience with my tech, Kyle, was five star...he was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and on-time. My concerns are twofold: 1) I ended up paying over $950 in labor costs for 2 1/2 hours of work (plus local travel time in Colorado Springs where he also lives). This was during normal daytime hours. The other small local five star company I called charges $125 per hour, which would've come out to about 40 percent of what I paid in labor with Squeaks. That's a big difference! Unfortunately I'd already cancelled them as Squeaks was available 1 to 2 hours earlier (I just went with soonest available though, had I known the large price difference, I would've gone with the other company). 2) When I called Squeaks initially an AI assistant answered but didn't identify herself as such. I could tell it didn't sound like a live person so asked, "is this an actual person?"- after which there was a long pause then mechanical answer that "this is an AI assistant but I can still schedule your appointment." Hate that! I hung up. Later an actual person named Larry phoned back who was helpful.
Tanner from Squeaks Service Plumbing Heating & Air, came today to flush my hot water tank! I never knew this was a thing until someone from their company called me to schedule an appointment! Tanner was awesome, very friendly, easy to talk to, and professional. He explained to me why it is important to clean your water tank. Our water tank is 5 years old and manufacturers want the tank to last for only 10 years so you replace more often! I’m so glad he educated me on this because I will definitely have it done more often! Not sure it’s technical name but there is a rod that goes into your tank from the top. It helps with the settlement in the tank. If you replace this every 4-5 years and flush and clean your tank your tank can last longer! Thank you Tanner for your great work! I highly recommend Squeaks company and Tanner!
Very positive experience. Plumbing repairs are expensive but their charges were competetive. The pipe repair was clean and solid. I will hire Sean again for any plumbing repairs or installation.
Devon was on time, friendly, and explained everything he was going to do to fix the drain. I chose Squeaks because the high rise I live in has old pipes and Squeaks is very familiar with the building. Devon came through and my drains now run clear. Thanks, Devon!
After 6 months, my drains started backing up again. Josh from Squeaks came out and got the drain to work. Then 3 days later, the drains were backing up again. Josh did what he could but determined that they would need to go through the walls to see what the problem was. The upshot is he found the problem and was able to repair it. And he cleaned up afterwards!! Thanks, Josh!
Great customer service and support! I was really impressed with Squeaks. Dealing with boiler problems is never fun, but their team answered all my questions and helped me feel that I was in good hands. Since replacing my boiler, I’ve also gone back to Squeaks for other plumbing issues and was more than satisfied. Fair prices, skilled technicians, and great service. I highly recommend them!

These guys are the best! I went thru 5 bids for cooling options for an older home with no ductwork. Almost everyone told me I had to go with mini splits and I received bids for them from 20k-40k!!!! And some of these guys were total creeps. I never had that problem with Squeaks. Owner Larry came out to provide the bid. He was an awesome professional willing to think outside the box. On site he provided me with 4 different bids. I went with traditional AC since my house is small with an unfinished basement he was able to put in all the necessary duct work and get me up and running for a GREAT price. The techs that came out worked hard and were very professional as well. I am seriously so grateful for Larry and this company!!!!

Same as last time I had work done by Squeaks. Islom came to give me estimate 1 hour after I called for one. I am confident that this job will be professionally done like when they installed new furnace and some ductwork a few months ago. Definitely recommend.
We signed up for the annual maintenace program. Plumbing and electrial inspections were added in to the usual AC/Furnance work. Sean H. came out for the plumbing inspection. He was very professional, timely and enjoyable to work with. He did a nice job reviewing the inspection list details along with pictures. His inpection sheet was huge and we learned about some extra items we need to consider to address. I give Sean a 5 star and Squeaks a 4 star because I felt their proposals were expensive. Sean doesn't control what his employer charges are.
For the last several years, we have been using Squeaks and have had plesant experiences with the many people we have encountered including the people who answer the phones. They are professional and friendly and if there is a problem, they come to fix it promptly.

Phillip C. Came out to clean our dryer vent. It hadn't been done in a long time. He didn't quit until he got it all out. He is a very hard worker with great customer service. I would definitely recommend Squeaks to anyone looking for a company with great, hard working, and kind employees.
