Richard arrived on time to clean and evaluate an old furnace. To fix the old furnace the replacement parts would be about the same as a new furnace. Decided to replace it. Richard discussed options of different units and benefits of each and other action we could take to improve our indoor air quality. Installation of the furnace occurred the following Monday.A reconfiguration was made for better efficiency and ease of filter placement. Yay! Perez and Jesus arrived and got to work. A UV purifier was also installed to further ensure good air quality. Duct cleaning was a few days later and Richard and Philip did a great job. All of the technicians were very knowledgeable and took time to explain things and to get things done right. They truly cared about the quality of their work, the products and health of my family. Squeaks is a great company to work with. When scheduling the duct cleaning a few problems came up, but Squeaks kept me informed and things went smoothly.It is like a new house, feels clean and smells better.

Chad was great at diagnosing and correcting the issues that a previous contractor created. He came out and repaired a few gas leaks in my property. He wrote a very detailed report (with pictures) highlighting the problems and his corrective actions. Reasonable priced and fast service. Highly recommended for your plumbing needs.
Top class service from Islom. Wore booties without being asked, was able to quickly identify the problem and explained what needed to be fixed to stop the leak. A true gentleman, tidied up after the job and made sure I was 100% happy before leaving. He even left my kitchen more tidy than he found it.
Had a broken pipe in my home and didn't know what to do. After getting a few quotes, Squeak's not only came in the lowest, but were also able to help me navigate the insurance process to minimize my out of pocket cost. Squeaks Plumbing came to our rescue when no one else could get out to our home in time for an emergent plumbing issue. The technician, Devon, was incredibly prompt and professional. He identified the problem and had the repair done quickly. He was transparent about pricing (which was very fair). We’ll be bringing more plumbing business to Squeaks in the future, though hopefully we won’t need them for a while!

I am really disappointed to write this review, as it seems that other people have had an excellent experience with this company. However, I feel like it is important to do so due to the potential safety issue that we had. We smelled gas in our house and therefore called the gas company who turned off the gas line. We were then instructed to get a gas leak test completed which is why we called Squeaks. They performed a gas leak test and we were told that there was a minor issue that was repaired. When the gas was turned back on, there was still a strong smell of gas in the house, particularly from a room in the basement containing the furnace and the water heater. We called them again and told them this and they sent someone out to check this area. We were told that there was no gas leak found at this point. However, due to the continued smell, we called another company who did indeed find a gas leak from the furnace. This was repaired, which resolved the gas smell. It was over a week, however, that we were in the house with a continued gas smell after being told that the problem was resolved. I am, of course, upset that we exposed ourselves to gas that entire time thinking that the problem was resolved. It clearly was not based on the evaluation by the other company. This should have been detected by Squeaks, particularly since we called them back to the house to investigate. I did contact customer service, and we were told that the gas leak test would not test for gas leaks in the furnace, but I do not understand why that would not be tested as well. I am of course concerned and extremely disappointed that we were told the issue was resolved and were in a house with a continued gas leak for several days.
Squeaks was out to fix my problem in 24 hours. They were friendly and efficient and i was pleased with their work and professionalism. I would definitely recommended them to a friend.

This story begins with me seeing a Squeaks truck on the road that said “Free AC cleaning when you mention this truck.” I had no idea what I was in for when I called in but my naive belief was that I would actually get a free cleaning. Since that first call over three weeks ago now, I have literally tried to schedule an HVAC cleaning appointment 5 different times and I continue to get bumped off of their schedule for various different reasons. First I heard the excuse that they didn’t have enough technicians in the area on the day that I was scheduled. Then they actually showed up on a day when I specifically told a technician that I would be out of town. Then I got scheduled a third time and bumped off the schedule yet again. Then I got scheduled a fourth time and never even got a call back to reschedule. Then I heard from a technician that “the dog hair in tue filter of my unit would probably not be covered in their ‘free cleaning’ service as advertised on their truck but that they would come out and take a look anyway. I have still YET to see anyone from Squeaks come out to give me a free cleaning. Honestly what it looks like to me, is that they could care less about customers requesting this free cleaning and they bump them from the schedule immediately and don’t ever call them back.
Matt arrived later Saturday afternoon. I was his last call. He was so pleasant and polite, even after working all day. He was very thorough and explained things so that I understood what was needed. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you, Matt.
I called Denver Water Heaters and Plumbers this morning to get a plumber to a rental property. The person told me someone would contact me later with scheduling, and Squeaks later called me to let me know they're on their way. I'm not sure if Squeaks was contracted out to them or not, but either way, the service call was a waste of time and money.The plumber told me that he doesn't work with Glacier Bay that often, and the shower likely needs to be replaced. It's not that ancient - around 10 years old. The plumber didn't know how to get the cartridge in my shower handle out, and told me that his suggestion is to replace the whole shower system. Off the top of his head, it would be 1200 dollars...I had mentioned over the phone that it was likely a cartridge issue, and the person on the phone said they usually have several cartridges on hand. The plumber even acknowledged that he has some, but he failed to check (not that we could bc he didn't know how to get the cartridge out). Now that I've removed the cartridge by myself and looked online, it seems like it's a rather common one. I wasted 65 dollars on the service call, and about an hour of my time.
Squeaks plumbing and heating were able to give me a quote to flush/descale my tankless water heater over the phone which I very much appreciated! Their price was almost half of multiple other companies I reached out to. They were extremely communicative and kept me up to date on time of arrival same day. We will absolutely be using them for our plumbing needs in the future!
Great professionals and my dog liked the technician. First thing he did was test everything and show us the results and explained how they affect the unit. They then cleaned the ac unit and replaced a capacitor.

Our AC stopped working, and my wife called Squeaks. There was a bit of a communication issue, but they kept the appointment that was made instead of moving on to the next. Jamie was great, very professional, and informative. He showed me and explained what he was doing each step of the process. He fixed it rather than just going straight into " you need a new one." Which I really appreciate. He had to go get a part which was fast and close by. He gave us a lot of tips on how to care for our system to save any future trouble. Found out we had some things in common and enjoyed talking about them as well. He was a great guy with a great attitude and funny. I would definitely use Squeaks again and recommend them to anyone.
My landlord uses this company for all of our plumbing and cooling needs and they always come through for us. Perez DeLuna assisted us today with our AC issues and he did an excellent job, as always. We will never work with Squeaks again. While the initial service and install went very well and everyone was super responsive and helpful to get everything installed property coming back multiple times to make sure everything was right, the flipside was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. We had to constantly call and follow-up to make any headway on anything. And every time we were told someone could call us back, no one did.We had countless problems getting the payment squared away after that was setup incorrectly, we were told we would have support with filing local and federal rebates neither of which happened losing us thousands of dollars (hopefully we'll still get a federal rebate but we just heard today we can't get the rebate from our local provider) and then we heard months later that a permit was never pulled for the job and it was never inspected (which has been corrected now). Customer service was lackluster at best, we were constantly told someone would come the next day and then cancelled on last minute. Fortunately I work from home and have the flexibility otherwise it would have been a nightmare constantly waiting for someone to never show.After this whole process we feel like we were bamboozled and talked into a very expensive HVAC system and promised rebates to help offset the cost to simply make a sale. And honestly after all of this, we're not sure that it's heating any better or more efficiently than what we had before (granted it's not heat cycling, so that problem was resolved) or would have done with a less expensive system. In fact we just learned the new furnace isn't even EnergyStar rated after we were told it would be more efficient. We'll see what happens this summer when we can compare year over year with our AC, hopefully we see a difference there. If we could, we would rip the whole thing out, return it and get a different cheaper system.Shame on us for not doing our due diligence and getting additional quotes from other contractors, we won't ever make that mistake again since we'll be paying the price for years to come, with interest.
